Important: This form is for recording details from an EICR conducted by a qualified and competent electrician/inspector. The inspector is responsible for the accuracy of the inspection. Ensure you receive a signed copy of the full EICR from them.

An EICR is 'Unsatisfactory' if any C1, C2, or FI observations are noted.

8. Tenant Acknowledgement of Receipt

A copy of this EICR must be provided to the tenant(s) within 28 days of the inspection, and to new tenants before they move in. It is recommended to obtain a signature acknowledging receipt.
