If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization (e.g., a letting agency), you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2.3. Account Responsibilities: You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. • To impersonate or attempt to impersonate ClearCompliance, a ClearCompliance employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
• In any way that infringes upon the rights of others, or in any way is illegal, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose or activity.
• To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service, or which, as determined by us, may harm ClearCompliance or users of the Service or expose them to liability.
• To decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code for the Service.

3.3. These Terms permit you to use the Service for your internal business purposes related to compliance and due diligence only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Service, except as generally permitted by the Service's functionality.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, NEITHER CLEARCOMPLIANCE NOR ANYONE ASSOCIATED WITH CLEARCOMPLIANCE REPRESENTS OR WARRANTS THAT THE SERVICE, ITS CONTENT, OR ANY SERVICES OR ITEMS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, ERROR-FREE, OR UNINTERRUPTED, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, THAT OUR SITE OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT THE SERVICE OR ANY SERVICES OR ITEMS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL OTHERWISE MEET YOUR NEEDS OR EXPECTATIONS.
